To reduce your administration burden, we can provide Race numbers (bibs) and baggage tags as part of the service. The numbers can be A5 or 21x22cm in size and the most popular are made of Tyvek, all weather material.
The front of the race number and baggage tags can be printed with a design of up to 4 colours.
A medical details form is printed in black on the reverse of the numbers.
Preparing Race Packs can be a time-consuming business. Our experienced team can efficiently and cost-effectively provide you with the race packs you require, as a service. The standard pack includes an envelope, printed individual label, the race number/baggage tag, and the timing chip.
Additional items, such as advertising flyers can be included in the service, at an additional cost per item.
We can deliver the race packs to you or distribute them for a delivery fee.

We use our range of distributors to supply all types of branded and unbranded kit for event crews and marshalls. These include rain jackets, fleeces, hats and hi visibility garments amongst others.
Similar to the T shirts and crew clothing, we do not hold stock of medals, but deliver custom medals to meet your requirements. If you agree to use us for the supply, we can do the creative work to come up with a concept to agree with you and then produce the artwork required for manufacture.
If your event requires toilet facilities, ATW can provide the best solution. We have a range of units including portable toilet units, disabled toilet units, cubicle sets and urinal sets. The units will be delivered to your venue and set up at the time you request. Servicing can be arranged if the event is over a number of days. They will be removed after the event is finished.
Tents, Gazebos and Marquees are commonly used at events for activities such as Registration or baggage storage. ATW can supply a range of these temporary structures to meet your needs. Branded Correx signage can be supplied including your event logo. These are often used as course signage but can also be used to highlight areas such as Medical Services, Massage and Event Headquarters. The correx can be provided in a variety of strengths and sizes
Customised air mesh and pvc mesh scrim can be provided to give improve your event’s image and give your sponsors exposure on crowd barriers and stage coverings. Fire retardant scrim is also available. The scrims are produced in a range of sizes to meet your requirements.
