We have detailed below our most commonly asked questions. Please read through them to see if we have provided an answer to your question.

If you are an existing member, log into your ATW account and select the event that you are purchasing tickets for and follow the prompts to complete your order.

If this is your first event, or have not booked an event since July 2020, you will need to set up your account by making your first event purchase.

Your ATW account will be set up as you book yyour first event. Once you’ve received a Welcome email from us and set up your password, you can log into your account and purchase tickets for future events without having to re-enter all your details!

If you still require assistance please contact the event organiser or the ATW events team.

In most cases your registration pack will be collected at the race, please check specific event details. Please arrive in sufficient time to do this.

Please refer to the event page which will contain lots of the information you need. The detailed race information will be emailed to you approximately one week before the event date.

A magnetic strip, (the chip), will be embedded in your race number that you wear before the start of the race.

Readers inside the start/finish mats report the time of day you crossed. Subtracting your finish time from your start time gives the timers your net time.

All our road races are licenced and governed by UK Athletics rules and therefore dogs are not allowed to participate.
Dogs are very much welcome on our trail runs with the Wild Canicross options at Wendover Woods & Walden.

Headphones of any kind are strictly prohibited during multiport events (aquabike, duathlon, triathlon, aquathlon)
