The ATW event registration system is an easy to use, efficient online booking and registration facility.

While we specialise in sporting events, the system is ideal for taking bookings in all manner of situations. For example, to manage your exercise class bookings or to arrange your seminars and conferences. There are three types of service, so you can use the option that best suits your requirements. The service options are:

  • Simple Service: Tickets to Sell on your Website;
  • Single Event Service: an Event webpage published; and
  • Multi Event Service: Your Dedicated Event Frontpage.

Your event webpage can also be displayed to our membership to find new entrants in the ATW competitor community and increase the number of entries.

Administration

Keeping track of your entries is simple. You will have secure access to an administration panel. Your dashboard displays your bookings on a daily basis and you will have access to all the behind-the-scenes information on the entrants.  You will be able to respond to customer queries and deal with deferrals, transfers and refunds in an efficient manner.

In addition, you will full administration rights, for example, to edit event details, export entry data, edit entrant details, add images or any Sponsor messaging.

Customer Support

You provide your event email address to receive and respond to event related enquiries. Should any of your entrants have a booking related query, you can contact ATW to get help to resolve the query.

Easy to Use

The system is simple for your participants to navigate and book for your event. They simply select the ticket they want, accept your terms and conditions, fill in the required details and then proceed to the secure checkout to pay. Every purchase receives a bespoke event confirmation email and a payment confirmation email.

Getting Started

Getting the Simple Service live on your behalf, normally takes us a day.  If you want an Event Listing page, normally two days. To get started send us your event details, event support email address and branding, in our event set up template. We will then create your unique entry page and send it to you for review and approval before it goes live to begin taking entries.

Multi Event Service: Your Dedicated Events Frontpage

Includes everything in Single Event Webpage Service and:

  • A frontpage to publish all your event listings;
  • Event filter and search functions;
  • Add your upcoming events and sponsor logos in events listings sidebars;
  • Newsletter sign up function; and
  • Social Media links and Organiser contact details in the header and footer. messaging, even get people to sign up to your newsletter.

Automated Financial Reporting

In addition to the your website financial dashboard, you can also receive automated report detailing each entry order reference alongside the payment transfer reference to make it simple to reconcile incoming bank payments with orders received. These reports can be set up to be sent to you, daily, weekly or monthly.

Better Cashflow For Your Event

To speed up your cashflow and pay you securely, we use the Stripe payment system to process the payments when a participant is booking your event.  Your event revenue will be transferred direct to your bank account, normally within 5 working days of the transaction. It only takes a few minutes and simple steps to connect into our Stripe account, when the event listing is being set up.

Secure, Reliable Infrastructure

To protect your sales income and customers, your online entries will be hosted on enterprise level Siteground servers and connectivity, scaled to handle hundreds of thousands of concurrent transactions. The entire system is monitored, secured and managed 24 hours a day every day of the year with specialist website support company WP Tech Support. This means you and ATW can sleep easy at night knowing your entries and competitors are well served and protected.
