This is a phased-start event. All finishing positions will be calculated based on chip time. This is a non-draft legal race. The phased starts will be based on your estimated times. Please ensure to complete this information as accurately as you can.

This event is for all abilities.

Registration packs will NOT be posted out in advance of the race.
Registration packs can be collected on race day from 5:30am at race HQ.
The day license for Non-BTF members is included in the entry price.
Book your place
You can book a maximum of 2 places per booking. Please be very careful to complete each booking in a different name with different personal details. Do not copy your details to the second attendee.
Please complete your swim time as accurately as you can in minutes/seconds (e.g. 12.30).

Due to current restrictions all event staff and volunteers will need to complete a BTF Pre-Health Questionnaire. This also applies to Spectators and competitors. Trophies for overall Male 1st, 2nd & 3rd place.

Free swim hat will be provided to each competitor.
There will be full results on the chip timing website both overall and by category.
The swim takes place in Box End Lake. The lake is primarily used for wakeboarding, so contains lots of wake-boarding jumps. The route is one lap of a 750m clock-wise oval around the lake, between the jumps. This distance has been revised to ensure social distancing.
The bike is two 18.7km loops as seen in the below link:
The Run route is roughly 100m from transition to a 5km loop which the competitors do twice before a 100m run into the finish making the run distance 10.2km. The route is completely off-road, but is very changable, which makes for fantastic and exciting racing.
Other Race Information
It is a statutory requirement that every competitor completes a BTF Pre-Event Health Questionnaire no more than 14 days before the start of the event. This will be emailed to you on the weekend before the event. It is important that you complete and return this to confirm that you are fit to run and have not experienced any Covid-19 symptoms in the last 14 days.
You will be provided with two race numbers in your registration pack. Your race number must be clearly visible on your front for the run and on your back for the bike. If you are not using a race belt, please pin one number on your back and one on your front. If you are using a race belt, only one number is required, provided you adjust the position of your race number during each leg of the race.

Changing and Bag Storage
We will not be providing a changing area, therefore please come changed and ready to race. There will not be a baggage area within transition. Other options are currently being considered.
Toilets will be provided for the event.
ActiveTrainingWorld do not offer transfers or deferrals for this event or any events listed on the website. If you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, family bereavement, jury service you will only be eligible for a refund on production of official evidence: Positive Covid-19 test result,Doctor’s note, Death Certificate etc.

Your name, date of birth and email details will be onto the chip timing company. Personal details will be deleted 1 week after the event.
Where specified on the booking form any medical information will be passed onto the medical team present at the event.
1) I declare that I am medically fit to compete & understand that I do so entirely at my own risk.
2) I understand that I enter the race at my own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to myself, prior to, during or after the event.
