The swim takes place in Box End Lake. The lake is primarily used for wakeboarding, so contains lots of wake-boarding jumps. The route is one (Sprint) or two (Standard) laps of a 750m clock-wise oval around the lake, between the jumps.
The NEW Sprint bike course is one. fast 20.1km lap – https://www.plotaroute.com/route/1365957?units=km
The NEW Standard bike course is one, fast 40.2km lap – https://www.plotaroute.com/route/1365600?units=km
The Run route is roughly 100m from transition to a 5km loop which the competitors do once for the Sprint and twice for the Standard, before a 100m run into the finish making the run distance 5.2km or 10.2km. The route is completely off-road, but is very changeable, which makes for fantastic and exciting racing.
