Introducing the “Non Sweet Caroline Aquathlon II – Encore” – No touching hands, no reaching out, no touching me, no touching you!
Following the success of the first “Non Sweet Caroline” event on 25th July we’re giving past competitors a chance to beat their times and previous result, and new participants the opportunity to get involved.

The format will be a chip timed time event with swimmers taking to the water 1 at a time and completing a 750m lake swim loop followed by a 5K cross country run around the stunning grounds at Merchant Taylors’ School in Northwood.
LOCATION: Merchant Taylors’ Senior School, Sandy Lodge, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 2HT
Registration packs will NOT be posted out in advance of the race.
Registration packs can be collected on race day from 12 noon at race HQ.
There will be no event briefing on the day. There will be access to an online briefing made available which MUST be watched before the event. Details to follow.
Non-BTF members have the day license built in the price of their ticket

Please complete all the sections on the registration form. An additional BTF Pre-Event Health Questionnaire will be sent to you to complete within 14 days of the event. This must be completed and returned to us to allow you to take part.
Due to current restrictions all event staff and volunteers will need to complete a BTF Pre-Health Questionnaire. This also applies to Spectators and competitors. This event is a participation event and is classed as non-competitive. There will be no overall prizes or age group prizes but there will be the full results on the chip timing website both overall and by category.
Competitors will be able to download a certificate from the results page.
Free swim hat will be provided to each competitor.
The swim takes place in the beautiful lake in the grounds of Merchant Taylors’ School. The route is one lap of 750m .
The 5km run loop is run around a flat loop consisting of grass, tarmac and an athletics track surface.
Other Race Information
You will be provided with one race number in your registration pack. Your race number must be clearly visible on your front for the run. If you are not using a race belt, please pin one number on your front.
Parking and Transport
Parking is free at Merchant Taylors’ School
Spectators are encouraged not to attend. Any spectators will need to complete a health questionnaire which will be provided at the event.
Bottled water will be provided at the finish line.
Changing and Bag Storage
We will not be providing a changing area, therefore please come changed and ready to race. There will also be no baggage area but the transition area will be marshalled and only accessible by competitors. ActiveTrainingWorld will not be held responsible for any lost property so please leave all valuables at home.
Toilets will be provided at HQ.
Results are calculated by ActiveTrainingWorld’s timing partner, EventChipTiming. Your time will be uploaded to their website within seconds of you crossing the finish line. We will not be providing results print outs for this event.

ActiveTrainingWorld will give a full refund to anyone who provides proof that they needed a covid-19 test in the lead up to the event. No other refund, transfer or deferral requests will be considered.

Your details will be passed onto the event organisers for the administration of the race.
Where specified on the booking form any medical information will be passed onto the medical team present at the event.
1) I declare that I am medically fit to compete & understand that I do so entirely at my own risk.
2) I understand that, due to Covid-19, I must complete a BTF Pre-Event Health Questionnaire as part of the registration process
3) I understand that I enter the race at my own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to myself, prior to, during or after the event.
4) I understand the organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions, should circumstances require.
5) By entering this event, the athlete indicates acceptance of BTF rules.
